Who are we?

Lifespan Mortgage Services is a mortgage brokerage firm that secures loans for homebuyers and investors from its offices in Ardross and Booragoon in Perth, WA.

Lifespan Mortgage Services was formed by directors Brian Clarke and David Moore, who wanted to provide Perth residents with professional mortgage brokerage services, as well as insurance and wealth management advice, that is based on the customer's needs - rather than product-driven by the lenders.

Upon your first visit to Lifespan Mortgage Services, your financial situation will be thoroughly assessed so you can gain access to loans, insurance and investment advice that is tailored specifically to your circumstances.

Our Memberships

Lifespan Mortgage Services is an accredited member of the AFG - the Australian Finance Group, Australia's largest mortgage brokerage that helps finance thousands of home loans each month throughout Australia.

By being part of the AFG, Lifespan Mortgage Services has access to more than 800 home loan products from 34 lenders, and by building relationship with home lenders, the AFG also has secured access to business and commercial funding for business ventures throughout WA.

As well as the strength provided by the AFG, Lifespan Mortgage Services is also a member of the MFAA - the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia, which has a Code of Practice and Guidelines designed to give consumers a higher level of protection than the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 and other relevant legislation.
